All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours. Your wine will arrive 7 – 10 days after the order is placed.

All orders are delivered by FedEx and THE SIGNATURE OF AN ADULT 21 YEARS OLD OR OLDER IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY. If an adult is not available to sign for deliveries during the day we encourage the use of business addresses to ensure prompt delivery of your product and to avoid return charges.

Shipping rates:

1 box = FREE for first-time buyers, $10 for non-first-time buyers

2 boxes = FREE for first-time buyers, $12 for non-first-time buyers

3 boxes = FREE for first-time buyers, $14 for non-first-time buyers

4 boxes = FREE for first-time buyers, $16 for non-first-time buyers

Non-first-time buyers that select the first-time buyer free shipping rate on the Shopping Cart Page or the Checkout Page will be billed the correct shipping rate after they place their order.

We currently ship to the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, LA, ME, MI, MN, MO, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OK, OR, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY. Void where prohibited by law. Orders requesting delivery to states that prohibit alcoholic shipments will be void.

All state excise, sales and other applicable taxes are reported and paid as required by law.

If an order is damaged or lost during transit, we will work with FedEx to resolve the issue within 60 days of the expected delivery date. We will not be responsible for any delivery issues that arise after the 60 day period.

Once a package has shipped from our facility it is the customer’s responsibility. If a package is returned to us there will be a $15 restocking fee for each box of wine. New School Wines reserves the right to provide store credits in lieu of refunds for returned merchandise. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you should ever have delivery problems of any kind, please call us toll free at 1-855-374-6548 or email customerservice@newschoolwines.com within 60 days following the expected delivery date. We are not responsible for any package problems after this 60 day period. We will always work to resolve any problems as quickly as possible.
